Never known for sure about the chest pain symptom. GERD/acid reflux, heart, lung, thyroid, nerves, cracked ribs; etc have almost same chest pain in which 128 millions people got heart diseases. Many dont have trouble breathing with high heart rate above 110, and 2 or more diseases can affect together at same time.

Can rule out some diseases immediately with an inexpensive oximeter. High heart rate, age, hypertension, cholesterol, new infections, diabetics are also other risk factors for heart disease. Low oxy level or high heart rate at resting is ER admission a must.
