It depends on who the artist is but in an auction it will raise a pretty penny. Assuming the signatures are both real and not printed as well.

If it is nicely framed and in good condition you could expect it to fetch at least 25 pounds. And that is if the artist is crap and the autograph(s) printed.

A real Autograph of 'Yer Maun' would increase the value by at least 150 pounds.

If it is a genuine art object with real original autographs you may be looking at 200 300 pounds.
