I want to get rid of my uncle who smokes like crazy s***s in our toilet evry 2 days and eats out of our fridge so much its not funny but he thinks he's funny me and my dad hate him on a couple of different occasions my dad yells "I want that piece of S*** cancerface (he's had cancer) off my damn couch!" but my mother and sister love him and one of them cry when he leaves he's been here since july and he's gotta go but when i ask my mom can he leave she says "Don't you want him here???" Me and my dad want him to leave what should me and my dad do???

Your Uncle needs to respect the rules of the house.
Have your Mom and Dad write something up they agree on and give it to your uncle. That way there is NO reason for your Mom and Dad to fight over who said what.
Hate is not the way ,,,, you only feed the uncles nasty habits by doing that.
Let him know in a kind gentle voice you don't appreciate the some and to do it outside if he must.
Again point out how eating out of the fridge isn't right. Take out what he needs to put on a plate.
What is the purpose of your mom keeping him there anyway? Is she trying to make your dad go insane?

I think your father needs to have a long hard talk to your mother and I think he has to be brutaly honest with her. Tell her it's having an affect on the family unit and that your father and you are not happy with the living arrangements. Tell them he can come over for family holidays, but that you both want the house back to normal and you want the family to continue on in a healthy happy living enviroment and having him smoke in the house even if it is in the toilet is upsetting the living arrangements of both you and your father. If they won't agree then perhaps you will have to apply an ultimatum. Either he leaves or you and your father will have to tell him bluntly that he has to go. Don't let him make you move out! Just be strong even though your sister cries she'll get over it. Good luck!

He had cancer? And he smokes? Your dad has to talk to your mom about it. First of all, 2nd hand smoke is not good for non-smokers. Plus, it isn't HIS house. Doesn't he have his own family or other relatives he can stay with? If not, your dad has to put his foot down and get some rules and regulations implemented in his own house!

i think its rude what your dad calls him, because he had cancer. cancer is not a joke.
your uncle has to know that he just cant do all that in your house. tell him that if he wants to smoke to do it outside coz it smells or something. and with the food tell him if he wants something that you will get it for him that way you can give him what you want, especially if you wanna save something for yourself.

Sounds like he is mooching off your family. I would kindly say "Dont you think it is time that you started your own life?".
I would tell Mom (and Sis) he needs to get out on his own for his own good. People need to be able to take care of themselves. I would ask sis, if something happens to Mom, are you going to keep him on your couch??

Unless you get a consensus from everyone that he should leave, you may be beat dude... sorry. Kinda sucks having someone like that around... he sounds rather annoying. Why is he there to begin with?? He has no other place to live??
