Ofcourse you can but there are certain conditions that needs to be fulfilled.One of it is your present wife's consent.So......
You are supposedly marrying the next one to help her in her every needs providing equally as you provided for your present wife otherwise its just lust.

yes but your wife needs to agree and you need a legitamate reason for marrying another example ( wife cant have kids etc.. and you have to treat your 2nd wife equally to your first..

If your wife doesn't have problem with this...and you can run the Justice between them (In financial themes,In moral themes, In loving themes,and so on).... why not?
