Muslims are Ahl El-Sunna Wal-Jama'a, not those who pray to graves and invocate the dead.

I saw that some Rafidhis here managed to deepen the gap among people of Sunna with so called "unity" questions. They only need us because they are few in numbers compare to Sunnis. Later they will attack us from behind, like they always did in history, those grandsons of Hulagu and Kisra, and sons of mut'a.

Remeber oh Muslims, what Rafidhi-Christian alliance did to our Muslim brethren in Nahr El-Bared!

Remember massacres of Muslims and intimidation they receive from Iraqi Rafidhi-Yazidi government!

Yet some bought their sweet words...

They haven't united us, all they did was they caused confusion among Ahl El-Sunna wal-Jama'a, that's what they always do.

I got this link from my brother in Allah, do you still doubt that Rafidha are a separate religion?

It's funny how the Rafidha always avoid to discuss these sayings of their Ayatola Khomaini.

Mermaid rose, Sufis are offspring of Christians, Jews, Majus, and Shia. But not all Sufi sects are kafir, and Zaidi Shia are not kafir because they don't invoke other than Allah Ta'ala, unlike twelvers, Ismailis and other Rafidhis.

Not all Sufis are grave-worshipers, some just to the bid'a zikr, and do haram like reading Yasin over the dead.

There were some non-extremist Sufis who joined the jihad in Chechnya and Afghanistan and Iraq and Kurdistan, and many of them were alhamdulillah later guided by Allah Ta'ala after they met with true Ahl El-Sunna brothers who fight in the path of Allah.

Ahl Al-Sunna Wal-Jama'a are the only Muslims no one else. Unity with who? those people who are Insulting our Islam, the Companions ra, our Scholars, our women, our history and ourselves.

They killed 200 Sunni Imams in baghdad, burning the Sunni children while they are alive, BURNING THE MOSQUES AND THE QURAN, Allahu Akbar are they Muslims? NO, they are killing Sunni people by their name like Abu Bakr, Omar and Uthman.

Congratulations My Sunnah community, we are in heaven Inshallah and they will burn in Hell with their Khomeini and Ibn Saba'.

Obaidullah my dear brother in Islam, thank you for the Question.

Allah bless the Sunnah and Curse the Shia

Rebecca, seems you don't have enough Knowledge about Islam to say this Hadith, What is this Hadith talking about? It is talking about Mulims who are following what Allah (SWT)and His Prophet SA said. Who is following What Allah (SWT) and His Prophet (SAW) said? the Shia? NO, the Sufi? NO, Only Ahl Al Sunna following what Allah and His Prophet said.

You said shia, sufi, wahhabi, salafi implying they are sects,
wahabi and salafi are not sects so you should read more about sect
I will share this Hadith with you: The Prophet(sa) said: The Jews were split up into seventy-one or seventy-two sects; and the Christians were split up into seventy one or seventy-two sects; and my community will be split up into seventy-three sects. If you don't know who is a muslim and who is not then it is your problem because everything is clear.

Allah bless the Sunna and Curse the Shia

To call yourself anything other than a MUSLIM, is directly against the teachings of the Quran. Today, Muslims proudly call themselves a sunni, shia, maliki, shaffi, ehl-e-hadees etc. This is what divides the religion into sects. They all say they are still muslims but they belong to a particular school of thought...or in simple words, a member of a sect. Lets see what Allah has to say about this: Surah Al-Imran (3:103) “Hold fast, all of you, to the cord of Allah and be not divided…” Surah Al-Anam (6:159) “Surely, those who have made divisions in their deen and turned into factions, you have nothing to do with them. Their case rests with Allah alone, then He will tell them what they have been doing.” Who was the prophet? Did he belong to a sect? Was he a sunni? No..he was just a MUSLIM. In the 6:159 above, Allah (swt) has specifically addressed the Prophet (pbuh) by ordering him that he has no connection or relation whatsoever with anyone who identifies him or herself as a faction of the deen that Allah has ordained for Muslims. It must be noted here that this deen or judgment is nothing but the Quran itself. This deen comes from the Quran alone and not through any other source. We further read in Surah As-Sajdah (41:33) “Who can be better in words than the one who calls towards Allah, and acts righteously and says, I am a Muslim” This verse clearly says that the righteous are those who call themselves a MUSLIM or are among the MUSLIMEEN. Not sunni, shia, shafi, maliki and Allah knows what else. The sunnah of the prophet is in the Quran. The hadith books provide contradictory narrations about the prophet and in my opinion, are not reliable. Let us all follow the Quran.

As-salamu alaikum, brother,
I am an American Muslim woman who converted to Islam more than 20 years ago.

I learned about Islam from The Ahl El-Sunna Wal-Jama'a. I learned that The Guidance from The Creator comes from The Qur'an and The Sunneh of Prophet Muhammad (saws).

May I share a hadith of Prophet Muhammad (saws) with you? He said: Say, we are Muslimeen, we are Mumineen (Believers), we are Ibaad Allah (worshippers/slaves).
I don't know of any hadith of Prophet Muhammad (saws) or any aya (verse) from Qur'an which says that we are Sunni or Ahl El-Sunna Wal-Jama'a.
Do you?

I don't know of anything in the hadith or The Qur'an which mentions: The Shi'a, The Sufi, The Wahabee, The Salafee, etc.

Do you? or any one else on Yahoo Answers?

Are the Rafidha, Shi'a?

I read the link that you have. It is very, very interesting.

Of course, everything on it is contrary to Islam!!

I just don't know how many Shi'a's actually believe this stuff. If they do, then we need to advise them that it is very wrong and abominable. We need to challenge it with them.

Shia's are one group. Sufi are another group- which is Sunni. Some Sufi make bida and some don't. There are some Sufi who are devout worshippers/slaves of Allah ; who love The Sunneh of Prophet Muhammad (saws), and who love The Sahaba!

Salaam Brother!

About your message: yes, not every sufi is a kafir, but the rest are. This is a fact. And they do a lot of bid'aah and haram things which is better to be avoided (tawaaf around graves, grave worship etc)
Sufis in my country are terrible (i am afraid they are against Sunna with a lot of things they are doing), i am glad you have seen some positive example though.

I don't believe in what Shias believe.
I believe in Allah (SWT), in His revelation - the Quraan and His Messengers and that Muhammed (SAWS) was the seal of the Prophets (SAS) and in the Sunna.

Salam brother, you are alright! Of course shias needs new members, however I have seen a video on here some days ago about the sex change in Iran. Well, that is a form to gain the number of the females too.

You forgot the sufiyya. They are like shia. Grave worship, seeking awliyas, own rules and own orders - I don't think you can find these things in the Quraan nor in the Sunnah or the hadeeths.

Raafidi means: rejectionist because they reject almost everything.
Just another date and event to your question. Do you remember when shias wanted to occupy Meccah during a Hajj in the eighties? Check youtube, interesting video.

I think shias can only unite with sufiyya because they both worship graves, so they can understand each other's habits better.

Yes you have spoken the truth my brother. The Rafadihs are liars by birth. You can not trust them. I advise many of our other brothers and sisters to be aware of the lies of the Rafadihs.

It is reported that often Imam Abu Hanifah used to repeat the following statement about the raafidi Shi'a; "Whoever doubts whether they are disbelievers has himself committed disbelief."

On one occasion Imam Shafi'i said concerning the Shi'a, "I have not seen among the heretics a people more famous for falsehood than the Raafidi Shi'a."

Once when asked about the Rafidi Shi'a, Imam Malik said; "Do not speak to them or narrate from them, for surely they are liars." During one of Imam Malik's classes, it was mentioned that the Rafidi Shi'a curse the Sahaba. Imam Malik recited the verse, "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those with him are harsh with the disbelievers and gentle among themselves. So that the disbelievers may become enraged with them." (48:29) He then said, "Whoever becomes enraged when the Sahaba are mentioned is the one about whom the verse speaks." (Tafseer al-Qurtubi)
