didnt people say dont be clingy...but be there for her and give her lots of attention

um...how does that work? how can u be in the middle

dont be clingy as in dont be so emotionally and physically attached to a girl. for an example a guy wanting to be with a girl 24/7. girls need someone they can depend on and not some creep that wont leave them alone. guys just needs to show that they care. meaning do what it takes to make her happy. comfort her. unless you dont want other people saying/thinking that you are clingy, then that's something else.

it all depends on the person you're involved with. if it's a woman that you are very serious about, and she has mutual feelings, then no, that is not clingy. because that's what a true relationship is about, being there for each other. of course not 24/7. but as much as you want each other.
but if that 'bond' is just not there, then you'll know. and you'll see from her actions whether you are being too clingy or not; she won't answer some of your phone calls.. or she begins to say she is busy more often than usual...etc..
in some cases it'll be too clingy, but that's just because that relationship just isn't for you.

Clingy is being there for YOU, not her...demanding attention, etc.

Bring supportive is being there for her.
