You can't. You have to pay money to a privatised company to purchase the relevant British Standards -- even when the Law of the Land says you have to conform to said standards or go to prison.

This is what you get with a Labour government in power.

(If you know the exact publication number and date of issue, you could see if your local library will order a copy for you.)

Almost all standards organisations including BSI have websites that allow you to read the first few lines of the standards. You need to buy the standard to access it fully.
