I can't drink coffee, It just makes me wanna throw up, but I really have to drink some every day (I'm a student, have to sleep less than 6-7 hours a day) so does anyone have any suggestions ?? I add like a ton of sugar, nothing helps !! tried nescafe and some other sorts of coffee, nothing !!

Additional information:
The reason coffee make me a eyk is that I used too drink a jar on exam nights (once I "ate" a spoon from the pack) so that I could stay up all night.

The syrup idea was good, milk wasn't, I wanna stay up! Da !
Okay now which English tea is strong enough, cuz I've been drinking tea since I was 7, it just wont work anymore, I guess I just got too much used to it, (lol), and energy drinks are too expensive (well compared to tea and coffee
Thx all

Try adding flavoured syrups, they might complement the flavour of the coffee, and make it a little more palatable. Something like a chocolate syrup, or gingerbread or caramel. There's a massive range of flavours around.

I'm the same as much as i've tried i just can't do it.
It tastes awful and no the sugar don't help.
If you like tea just drinks loads and loads of that as there is caffeine in there.
I don't get a lot of sleep either i get between 4 - 5 hours a night but i find my tea helps me.
The odd thing about coffee is i love the smell of it when your in or walking past a coffee shop, i just can't drink the stuff.
Try the tea see how you go, other than that try pro plus but try not to take it all the time only when you really need to.
Good luck and if you find a solution let me know, my bags are terrible lol.

Hi, it might be a situation of "not so good" coffee that you have tasted. Coffee was supposed to be drunk neat. So, instead of adding anything, you might like to try it neat. Yes, without adding anything.

I do not know if you area sells illy, they have great coffee. Another thing is how the coffee is prepared. As a student, I would think going to a coffee shop is an easier option.

Oh, do not drink coffee just before whatever bed time that you want to "opposed", rather drink it at least 3-4 hours before that so that the caffeine has time to go into your blood stream and beat the "sleep".

Trust me, try sipping espresso bit by bit, let the beverage stays in your mouth then swallow it in, this would blows out the coffee taste.

If you enjoyed the coffee then you do not need to get used to it right?:)

If you don't like coffee, don't waste it by drinking it!
Why not try strong (english) tea - theres still plenty of caffeine in it.
Or you could get hold of some ginseng tea - it tastes bitter but will have you bouncing off the walls. I used to like red bull - but theres a lot of sugar in it and is not very good for you.

Switch to something else with caffeine?

Try soda or tea. Tasty, caffeinated and wont make you have to poo as much. ;)

You could also try drinking lattes instead of plain coffee. It's espresso and tons of milk. If you add a tasty flavor syrup such as vanilla or hazelnut, it's really quite delicious.

Energy drinks aren't that expensive if you go somewhere like Sam's Club and get them in bulk! But seriously, you can buy coffee drink mixes at the grocery that really don't taste much like coffee at all. I have this butterfinger mix and white chocolate mix. Try something like that...but if you don't like coffee, don't waste it...tons of people out there LOVE it :)

If you can't drink it without a ton of sugar, you might as well drink energy drinks or soda.
You could try very strong tea instead. They also sell caffeine tablets.
