Well, if you mean a literal moon, then you have to understand that you are really small, and the moon is both really big and far away.
If you mean a figurative moon, then you have someone following you without anything covering their butt.

Because the Aliens are watching you from their lunar base. They have implanted a tracking device in your shoulder which an X-ray will never pick up as it is less than micro. Very scary as you are a chosen homosapien singled out for experimentation. Keep your blinds drawn.
