Well, I wouldn't go as far to say fluently, but I have learnt: French (5 years), German (5 years), Spanish (3 years - I'm studying for my A Level), Russian (just over a year - I'm doing my A Level), bits of Arabic and Welsh and I speak English fluently

I speak 5 languages fluently which are : Russian, Armenian, Georgian (maybe no one ever heard about this language,but it's really beautiful,Georgia is surrounded with Russia,Turkey and Armenia), English and Turkish.
And I have a broad knowledge of Spanish,still studying.

I can speak 3 kinds of language. Chinese,English,and a little Japanese.
Chinese is my mother language;
English is ok , I was about to learn it when I went to the middle school.
Japanese is a optional course at university.
