I use this with Louisiana style hot sauce. My daughter leaves it out entirely, substitutes 1/2 C. catsup and serves hers with ranch dressing.

3 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
1 C. hot sauce
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat a grill to medium heat.
In a large pot, mix together the hot sauce, cola, cayenne pepper, black pepper and soy sauce. Add the wings to the sauce - frozen is okay. Place the pot to one side of the grill, so the sauce comes to a simmer.
Use tongs to fish wings out of the sauce, and place them on the grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Then return to the sauce to simmer. Repeat this process for about 50 minutes. The sauce will thicken. When the chicken is tender and pulls easily off of the bone, you have two options. You can dip one last time and serve for sloppy style wings, or serve right off the grill for dryer wings.

I am a cook at a popular restaurant in my city.

Our "mild" wing sauce is simply a combination of 25% Frank's Red Hot Sauce, 25% Butter and 50% Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce heated to simmering and cooled to room temperature before tossing.

this one?

Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce: This sauce is for those who want traditional full-bodied taste without the heat that is usually associated with Buffalo Wings. You will find that the parmesan cheese in this sauce enhances the flavor nicely. There is just enough warmth remaining to round the flavors into what is an unmistakable Buffalo Wing great!

Ingredients:

Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce; Hot Sauce (peppers, vinegar, salt), Water, Tomato Paste, Soybean Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Vinegare, Salt, Natural Butter Fllavor, Xanthan Gum (natural thickener), Spices.

Buy Frank's Red Hot sauce...
Yes, it is hot but all you have to do is add butter.
It says it right on the side of the bottle.
It is great! It is the only sauce I will use.
I have tried so many recipes and I never
found a good one.
Hope you like it too!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7he

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
