We agreed two years ago that we would save money and move to nyc so I can try and make it as a writer. Now that I have a job interview, he has changed his mind and wants to stay here in Nevada since he fell in love with his job (a job he can do anywhere.) He is now upset that I have this interview and wont talk about it. I am 32 and carer and relationship time is both ticking. What do I do?

this is your dream, take the interview....if your boyfriend loves you enough then he will follow. unfortunately its not the movies, and its not always a happy ending. this is one opportunity you cant afford to miss...if you do you will regret it, consequently hold it against him and your relationship could end because you will never be happy and always thinking of the what ifs........well thats just one view like.

Go to NYC for the interview. Maybe you get the job, maybe not. If not, you've put this problem off to the future. If you get the job, you should go for it. There is still plenty of time for new relationship... maybe one with a guy who you can count on.

The fact that both of you still not married after 2 years say alot about your relationship.
Believe your friend and family members wondering the same question?
You 2 most likely not going to get marry in the end, and that my guess(might not be your problem).
If you worry about your relationship, you might as well go to NYC and get that job.
At least you fulfil your wish and might get financial stability if you got the job.
If both of you destine to be together, he will came find you.
If not, that no point for you to give up everthing and stay with him.

I think that you should go. Invite him along, and let him know that for the time being, it's just for the interview. If you get the job(good luck if you do!!!), then you should leave it to him to decide if he wants to stay with you or go back home.
Other than that, I'm pretty much at a loss, other than to say you are old enough to make your own choices.

well, one of you going to give in. Seem like both of you are not willing to give in. He's comfortable in Nevada I guess... Maybe it's the thing between you and him sitting down and discuss since we have no idea what kind of situation you 2 are in.

He's probably not going to move since he's already happy where he's at. It is up to you to decide what makes you happier... the pursuit of your dream or this man.
