I have ADD. I am taking Adderall XR. I do not have that problem. Are you taking it at about the same time everyday? Are you miss taking it sometimes and playing catchup? Are you abusing it. You should tell your doctor about what's going on and not be putting off the problem. Your doctor might have to put you on some other kind of medication or lower your dosage.

You may well have become habituated/addicted to this powerful stimulant, and go through withdrawals if you don't take it. See ADD/ADHD, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris in sections 22 - 25. Consider tapering off, with medical advice on the time required, and trying the alternative treatments for a few months, to see if they are sufficient for you: the stimulants will still be there, but try a different type, if they aren't.

You need to contact your doctor and have him change your medicine. Sounds like your having some bad side effects or something. However, some medicines take up to 4 weeks to regulate in your system.

You must talk with your doctor about your reaction to this medication. It might be that it's not the right one for you or that the dose has to be adjusted. Only your doctor can really help you out in any meaningful way.

Yeah I know what you mean. I take adderall and I get that sometimes. Try eating even when you're not hungry when you take it.
