i got in contact with this old girlfriend from highschool she was nuts about me, but i wasnt that much into her so we just kinda drifted, we are both recent grads now, and we always plan to meet, then she cancels and then im like f it, and do my thing, then she called me once, but said it was an accident , so then tried to meet up with her again, but she keeps doing it. why will she talk to me and stuff over aim, but she scared to meet me?

I think she is trying to pay you back for not paying attention to her in high school.

maybe she still likes you and she's scared that you still don't like her and she doesn't want to be heartbroken again. she might be "accidentally" calling you because she's sort of arguing with herself over whether or not to meet up with you again. plus sometimes talking over AIM is easier because you don't have to directly face or hear the person, and you can erase things you say before you say them.

Becos sh's not sure about you and the relationship she wants from you. Just simple as that. Maybe dates won't help at this present moment. Just continuously build yr rapport thru chatting 1st and try to build her confidence again this time.
