always finding beautiful women in the wrong places i need help?

i have seen tips up on tips. on how to meet women in the right places. but my problem is i am always metting beautiful women in the wrong places. when they are busy going about there business and when they are on the train and it just kilss me that a handsome guy like me making so many beautiful women slip away can anyone givee me tips on talking to them would it be weird if i past them a note i have bad hand writting what if i type them and have an extra copy please give me any advice you have call me wierd call me desperate i don't blame you. i have so much love in side i want to show it to a woman

Buddy forget the "note" idea...please don't do that...you will scare them away...something like that screams "I'm a psycho".

Forget the "wrong places" and go to the "right places"; it's sounds simple but it is.
