In the New Testament, Jesus tells the apostles to eat his flesh and drink his blood so they may have eternal life. Vampires gain eternal life by drinking blood. The communion has always given me the serious willies!
Does anyone else see it this way and what are your thoughts on the issue?

If I recall my mythology correctly, the idea that vampires drink blood actually originated in the eucharist.

Cannibals eat the flesh of the dead. Christ gives of Himself to us so that we may have sustenance. He is the Living God.

It's only the Roman Catholics who believe in transsubstantiation, that the bread and wine actually become the body and blood of Christ. For the rest, it merely represents his body and blood.

do you recall the prayer, our father who art in heavne.holy be thy name, thy kingdom come..thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven..give us this day our daily bread..does eating bread a spiritual word or natural word?
it is a spiritual word.
so when JESUS THE WORD said..eat and drink of me, and you will ahve enternal life...he wasn't tlaking literally.
it was symbolic language..IS JESUS a WORLD? accrding to HIM..he is..so when we eat of this daily bread..the curses and power of satan is limited..
so reverse it..vampire cult drink blood of ? don't want to say of it, people..or ?? is their goal..this is serious abomination and demonic possesion will come forth, werewolf cult also exist in the east coast too.
