Official Mail Room?

If you do not have a security clearance can you pick up mail from the official mail room. if so where can i find it in writing?

Pick up mail from a mail room, yes. Every service member has access to their mail box. Pick up mail for a mail room, no. Mail room duties require training and a clearance (level depends on duties). if the mail you are attempting to pick up is personal, and unclassified, then yes. if the mail room is secured or you are attempting to pick up Official or Classified documents, then no.
