having an outie is no big deal, it's just like different size ears, or differently spaced eyes. What makes us different is what makes us special! :)

lmao. I can relate. Outie's are more common these days for some reason. I can remember back in 96 when I was preg. with my son, I taught preschool for 3 yr olds. And 90% of the class had outies! I wanted my baby to have an innie, and at my next drs. appt, I politely requested, if it wasn't too much trouble, could I have a little girl, with black hair, and brown eyes, and an innie belly button, please.

When he got done laughing at me, he politely explained he had no control over any of that stuff, and I'd get what I got. As to the belly button, he could cut that cord at 3 inches, or 3 feet, and it'd still shrivel up and fall of where and how it wanted to.

A few monthes later, I gave birth to a beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed baby boy with what would turn out to be an outtie belly button! He's 11 now, and I wouldn't trade him for all the innies in the world!

Moral of the story, there are lots of outties out there, your other daughters just haven't seen them yet. I remember Mom saying something about the neighbor's daughter having an outtie when I was little and it scared me cause it looked different.

Just checked your pics, what sweet girls you have! I'm sure you're quite proud!

Your daughters are ALL beautiful!!!
:)
Belly buttons [like people] come in all shapes and sizes ....!
There is NOTHING wrong with having an "outie".
I have 2 beautiful daughters: one has an "innie" and the other has an "outie".

It is completely NORMAL!

Please do not give your child the imopression that she is an "outcast" .... Instead tell her that she is SPECIAL.... not because her belly button is different, but because she is yours and that you love her!

It is COMPLETELY normal and healthy.
The belly button's innie or outie status is determined primarily by the formation of subcutaneous scar tissue, not damaged muscle tissue. It is normal to have it protrude out.

For more info on this, See:

:) Good luck --- :)

Your Girls are cute.
Where I'm from Girls / Woman want to
have belly buttons like your 8 year
old daughter.
We call them " Flaties ", and
if they get it pierced you can really see it.

Your Girls haven't really seen outie
belly buttons.
It looks like a little dome that sits out
about one and a half inches.

Some outies are hugh, and are hernias.
These Belly buttons look like "it's a boy".

My Aunt said, In older days they would
put a taped up fifty cents piece on the
baby's belly button to keep it flat like
your 8 year olds. Thinking it would keep
the hernia pushed in. Stores used to
sell the hard disk.
I think they stopped using them.

For Us, your 8 year old has
" The belly button "
, because you can see it. :-)

i comprehend an excellent style of human beings are transforming into protecting the following, even though it would want to be a finished and finished deceive say that what you're describing would not ensue. I have an celebration : i comprehend a woman, actually magnificent, tall, skinny. She makes impressive grades yet heavily, has NO freedom. And this is not any longer because she broke believe - she's a goody goody. Her youthful sister, who's way less alluring and slightly larger (nonetheless an exceedingly good individual all round, although)- has each and each of the liberty she needs. Her moms and dads practice of concept, somewhat, i imagine is "she gained't get pregnant bc of her looks". i will inform you this although - an excellent style of the richer adult men around the following have heavy set different halves. mockingly sufficient, one in all them owns a health centre. also, you're properly. I do sleep with jerks - they are the exciting ones. yet it really is all - i do not and not in any respect may have a severe courting with them .. no longer nicely worth it. it really is the position jerks lose out.

Anyone who bases their love, affection or acceptance of her on the appearance of her belly button is doing her a great favor by having nothing to do with her. Let them search on for the just right bellybutton to marry. Anyone who makes a girl's value depend on the quality of her bellybutton is not safe to be near. Tell them to pay no attention to fears of being a little different but rather to adjust to what she has as being as good as their own. I taught my daughters to have this attitude about their own breast growth and forms being unique not better or worse, superior or inferior compared to other girls; like personalities. Each one is good.

Are you serious with this question?
I dont know, but you seem too worried about self image.
But anyways, I doubt anyone is going to throw rocks at her just cuz she doesnt have an "innie".
It's not a big deal.
I feel sorry for your daughter for putting her on the spot like this.

The only thing she won't be able to do is pierce her belly button. Lots of people have "outies."

the only situation that'd matter in is an alien invasion and the aliens deciding to keep one group as pets and eat the other group or similar, highly unlikely situations.
