why are insecure girls extremely flirty. from my experience with women, i've noticed that extremely and very flirty girls are insecure. why is this? i mean, i think it's great and all to flirt, but to flirt constantly everytime you go out and everywhere you are ... that's just a bit extreme. normally a woman takes awhile to get ready, but i've noticed that these types of girls take longer than usual just to get ready. overall, i've noticed they're very insecure, so my question is why are insecure girls extremely flirty?

They need a way to bring out their confidence, kinda like masking their insecurity to themselves. Those kind of girls probably have more guy friends then female friends because they hate the competition, this way they get all the attention.

Maybe it is over compensation. If they feel they aren't attractive enough to interest someone they may think they have to constantly flirt to get noticed. Or they could be just silly and immature and feel like they need to flirt with guys all the time.

i dont really know im one of those girls you are talking about im really insecure and feel really ugly all the time but i flirt all the time sometimes to the point of not knowing im doing it i think insecure girls flirt a lot because they want attention and to be loved.

insecure girls are extremely flirty because they want to feel liked and by flirting and getting a response from that they feel more liked assuring their looks and boosting their self esteem

Mmmm. is this girls that you are talking are "hot " girls cause I feel that i am not attractive that is why I'm avoiding the "flirting" thing cause guys might ignore me and that is mortifying. And besides I perceive girls who are attractive are more flirt than usual or mediocre girls. Its an ego boost if you flirt with someone and they respond, it means they want you etc etc etc and it makes you feel better about yourself in general and they think they are More desirable
