There are a few people on here that are just obsessed with answering every mormon question and taking advantage of tearing down mormons at every turn? What's the point? Do they really think they are going to change anyones beliefs with this approach?
This question can apply to anyone that seems to be obsessed with proving another group wrong or tearing them down whenever they have the chance.

no you are not
I am not just talking mormon here. I see some people stalking atheists and christians. They seem to say the same things to questions that many time never even asked for that kind of an answer.

Who do you think you are going to convince on here? Why do you answer questions addressed specifically to mormons and then dont give an answer to the question or answer it incorrectly? Why do you care????????????? Do you really think mormons deserve to burn in hell for all eternity? Does anyone really deserve to burn in hell FOREVER?
(lol in case you couldnt tell this was one of the people I was talking about)
Do you honestly believe mormons are going to hell?

I dont hate you, btw.
I just dont get how you, or anyone, can really look at how mormons live their lives and seek for truth and then believe they deserve to go to hell.
What have mormons done that is sooo terrible that they deserve an eternity of torture?
How is your religion any more believable or less crazy than mormons?
You have lied. You have lied about how we are brainwashed and that our leaders purposelly try to not let us see the truth. You have lied about how we dont worship Jesus, but only Joseph Smith. You have lied about how we tell other people they are going to hell when we dont believe really anyone is going to suffer in the kind of hell you speak of.

most people just do this to make themselves feel better
it in someway helps them justify that they are in the right religion
they clarify this by trying to find flaws in every ohter religion because they believe that they are in the best relibion

Because the Book of Mormon and the LDS teachings is a lie and a direct slap in the Face to my Lord JESUS CHRIST. And I am one exmormon, now born again by the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ believer. That will not put up with it any longer. I will tell the world about all of their lies and I can back it up with facts. Why dont you study the facts and not just stick your head in the sand like they teach you too. You have called me a liar plenty of times. But you have yet to show me any lie I have told. I dont need to prove that Mormonism is a lie. It has allready been proven. All you have to do is look outside of the church. If you are that sure it is a true church you shouldn't have any worries should you. I might not change a lot of people beliefs, I know that will not change until your leaders put down the pride and tell the truth. But I know I will prevent someone from getting involved in that church. They are watching every move I make. And I am sorry that you hate me for this, but I love you enough to tell you the truth. If you worship the same christ as Joseph Smith taught about, it is not the same Christ as the Bible teaches. That is a fact.

I hope that when I answer a Mormon or a JW question, it is not offensive to you. The main reason I continue to answer is that both groups claim to be Christian.
I am commanded by scripture to examine the teachings of those who would make this statement. I am also commanded to expose those who would be false teachers according to what scripture says.
If you did not claim to be Christian I would not hold you to the standard that I do.
I try to be friendly when I point out discrepancies between what other groups teach and what the Bible says. I apologize if it comes out mean.
I am much harder on the hateful hardcore "fundies" (can't believe I used that word) than I am Mormons or JWs.
My basic issue is that you are free to believe what you want , but when you claim to be what I am, I will debate it with you because I feel it is very important to stay true to what the Scriptures (by this I mean the Bible and not the NWT) say.
I hope we can find more points of agreement as time goes on and where we disagree, I hope we can disagree as friends not as adversaries .

Let me answer your question with a question... If you were inside a burning building and were not aware of your predicament... Would you be offended if I showed you the way out?
It does make a difference what you believe, my friend. You have the right to believe what you want... If you want to remain inside that "burning building", that is your choice. But, as a follower of Christ I'm compelled to warn you anyway.
In a sense, christians are to be "obsessed" with the welfare of others, but at the same time, there comes a point when we're commanded to "shake the dust off our feet" and to cease "casting pearls before swine".
I know this may sound harsh, but the truth is sometimes like a hammer. After all, these are eternal things that we're talking about.

Why are Mormons obsessed with Christianity - the religion they don't believe in? Why do they claim it as their own???
A comparison of the activities of the Biblical temple and Mormon temples shows clearly that the two have nothing in common.
Many of the rules God revealed for the biblical temple are violated in Mormon temples.
Under the New Covenant established by Jesus Christ, He is the believer’s High Priest in the very sanctuary of Heaven itself.
Thus, a “Christian temple” such as the Mormon Church proposes, is a contradiction in terms.

I will say, that I am a little obsessed with the mormon religion, but I never put someone down on here because it's their religion. I just find it very interesting since I come from a place right by Nauvoo, IL. I went to see the temple there and after that I was just highly intrigued. Too bad people just can't let other people be. who knows why they do it, probably their own insecurities.

Boredom. it is likewise healing. I additionally choose to warn human beings appropriate to the actual certainty of the church i became into brainwashed into as a baby. "i'm hoping they call me on a undertaking, once I've grown a foot or 2" Wow, that music isn't brainwashing? "provide oh provide, provide oh provide. provide pronounced the little flow because it moved quickly down the hill" From the time we've been 2 or 3 we sang that brainwashing tithing music. What makes a individual obsessed appropriate to the religion they DO belong to? Is it OCD? i recognize folk who have no theory what they choose to do, except it includes something to do with church in one way or the different, even on trip. (exceptionally my parents)

When you ask a question, you only expect answer you like to hear? If you do, try that in your own group and stay out of the open forum. The world out there is more difficult to handle then the four walls.

Sathya Sai Thought for the Day,
"Once the organs of the body like eyes, ears, limbs became jealous of the tongue, saying that they make all efforts for securing food, but the tongue enjoys this. They stopped working and never sent any food. Tongue is the one that tastes the food and passes only palatable items of food inside, which is converted by the internal organs into energy giving blood. The tongue does not retain it. But for this vital part played by the tongue, the other organs would not be able to function at all. When the other organs became jealous of the tongue and stopped sending food with a view to harm it, they spelt their own ruin by such action, as they could not function when there was no food and consequently no supply of energy for these organs to function. Similarly, jealousy on the part of a person ultimately results in his own ruin."

When that religion imposes itself upon the society that the individual in question lives...it is obvious that a person has a right of self defense.
Not that long ago children (Jewish children) had to pray in public school and end the prayer with "In the name of Jesus Christ our lord"

Trust me I get this alot to. I'm white and Christian. My husband of nine years his African and Muslim. People laugh point joke and at first it bothered me. However, we both knew we had diffirent beliefs and cultures and still fell in love. I dont praise or pray to allah and he is slowly coming around in my beliefs lol. Anyhow, DONT ever let anyone put you down or what you believe in down. Look at is as alot of people are bored and uneducated and small minded and we should just ignore their whole disrespect to your beliefs. True friends and family will love you know matter what.
Good Luck.
