You won't be a school trained sniper,
But most snipers aren't school trained.
Mainly it will depend on how well you can shoot.
And untill you know how well you shoot, there is not much reason to even talk about being a sniper.

Here's the vision standards for corrected vision. If you are worse than that, you can't even enter the armed forces:
20/20 in the better eye. 20/400 in the other.
20/30 in the better eye. 20/100 in the other.
20/40 in the better eye. 20/70 in the other.
Near vision has to correct to at least 20/40 in the better eye.

going off on a limb hear. Isnt a scope on the rifle just a small telescope? and its near your eye.. So im guessing enless when you take off your glasses, you don't know if your standing in the middle of the street, or your sidewalk, you will be ok.

Join the army, and see if you can. If they reject you, try the marines.
