Matt 12:31-32--NIV
31 And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

Supposedly the only unforgivable sin is to deny the Holy Spirit.

The only unforgivable sin is to deny the Holy Spirit, meaning to know God is real and ignore Him anyway.

I think the only unforgivable sin is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Other than that, if you truly repent of your sins they will be forgiven

1 John 1:9 clearly promises forgiveness: ' ... if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness'. The only sin which is not forgiven is that of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. You can say what you like about, or to God and Christ, but if you are confronted by a clear action of the Holy Spirit (as the Pharisees were when Jesus cast out a demon) and you then say that it was the work of evil/Satan - that is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Like beauty, sin is in the eye of the beholder. But as long as you repent, isn't any sin forgivable? At least from a religious point of view?

Every sin is forgiveable if you sincerely ask forgiveness from God! That is the beauty about being one of his children...The best way to show that you are truly sorry is to learn from your mistakes and not do it again.
