They were the chosen race at first yes but once Paul went out and preached to nations Isaiah also prophecied "And those who were not my people I will call my people" And paul everywhere said that it was first given to the Jews and then the gentiles. Acts 18:6 "But when the Jews opposed Paul and became abusive, he shook out his clothes in protest and said to them 'Your blood be on your own heads! I am clear of my resposiblity, I will go and preach to the Gentiles" and Romans 3:29"Is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles too? Yes of the Gentiles too."

A.Because God has made all men from one blood.
B. In the context of Isaiah he has raised them to be powerful nations so as to use them punish Israel for its constant transgression.
C. God owns all souls, even those who do not know him.
