my friend who she told told me she said this. i think the reason is because she's been hurt in the past. its been like a month since she said that and we've been going on dates and kissing at the end of the night. what does this mean?

Be patient, she doesn't want to be pushed into to this relationship too fast...and if she cools it for awhile, go along with it, if you care that much for her. Obviously some jerk did a real number on her mentally and the pain is not worth the gain in her mind right now, do you know what I mean? Please for her sake, if you are not crazy for her- let her go now because she sounds so fragile she may not survive a bad break up if you two do get together and you decide to end it...she sounds young, like 23? past the college crap and in the real world and it's not easy...be nice, even if it means just being her friend.

Well, one can only go so far. Let her tell you what it is man. And prepare to walk if necessary. She is not contributing the 'vibes'; so what can justify the fact that she wants it? The world does not revolve around any one being.

Take it slow and keep going out. Just pay attention to her and you will be able to read her yourself. Don't listen to anyone else that will only confuse you. It is a relationship between her and you. HAVE FUN!!

she likes you but don't want to get hurt in the process ............ i been there she wants to get to know you and take it step by step but at the same time she likes what she sees..... so i would just give it time and get to know her to but at the same time don't make her rush in anything if she ain't ready... you know what i mean!?
