it is usually on channel 11 but channel 11 says its espn now but its blank and i cant find tv guide n e more.

Your local Comcast cable system is undergoing changes (channel lineups,etc)...you should've gotten a mailing explaining the changes your system is going through.
[Where I am, my former Adelphia cable system is in the final stages of its changeover to Comcast,including the move of several Encore movie channels to the regular digital cable package among other additions (including the new Fox Financial Channel) and changes.]

Eventually your TV Guide station is on channel 4, but you can also use your navigator for your own guide.
