Nora is sometimes spelled "Noura" in Arab countries. It comes from the Arabic root word "Noor" meaning light, which is incidentally a male name, and is sometimes spelled "Nur".

Shamsa may have come from "Shams" meaning "Sun" in Arabic, but I've not heard someone being called that. That doesn't necessarily mean it does not exist.

Nora is already explained.

Shams means Sun in Persian language.

Shamsa is feminine name for females in India and Pakistan and may be in Iran also. Lime Muslim and Muslimah

This name is not very common though.

"Muslim" is not a language, so there is no such thing as a Muslim name.
