1.I’ve caught him staring at me.
2.I’ve noticed that every time I am leaving the roller rink he waits at the front where I am leaving and stares at me as I go past.
3.Before he asked me out he was waiting at the front as usual and I was talking to my friends dad right in front of him, when I saw him staring at me in the corner of my eye, I look and he turns away quickly.
4.He asked for my number.
5.He got his friend to ask me out.
6.We had a conversation in texts.
7.He pointed at me to one of his friends while I was looking.
8.He asked my friend if another guy asked me out... while I was on the rink.
9.He lays down in the middle of the session on the barrier and stares up at the ceiling like he is thinking about something.
Do you think he has a crush on me? He has asked me out and I don't know what to say... Please Help...

This guy isn't your crush. He is your shy love. This guy is shy, and he either really likes you, or loves you.

Given the extensive proof that you've relayed here I think it is highly implausible that he likes you in the least bit. To the contrary it sounds as if he is totally repulsed by you.
That's not what you wanted to hear was it?
Of course he likes you, why ask? He asked you out, if that isn't proof than what would be proof? Even if he told you he liked you, you would probably be asking this question. You're nervous. What do you do? Just act as normal and as sane as possible and don't over think, don't over react, and don't act like an idiot. Just be normal and you'll be more comfortable with yourself and what dating after a little bit.

I found this all very confusing. You went out with his friend and but you and he sent each other text messages. This guy is either extremely shy or very odd. If you like him, ask him out but have a back up plan in case he turns out to be strange. Have a friend call you during the date with a "fake emergency" that you can use as an excuse if you want to.

Well, I don't know of any guys who are in the habit of asking out girls that they don't like. HE ASKED YOU OUT! What do you need, a lightning bolt or something?

Ask him who he likes and flirt flirt flirt!
Make it a point to hang out with him...and if your willing to take the risk tell him you like him.(or maybe even ask him out..?)
