I got many full time job offers when I used Monster. I ended up going back to the company I'd just left, but I had more interviews than I could go to. They were all for full time jobs w. benefits.

If you can only find temp jobs, you're probably searching wrong. You have the option to search for full time jobs. Try refining your search a little differently and that might help.
