I am in India. How can we get certificate of marriage? How she and child can get citizen of India? Passport (from US) of minor is showing name of mother only.

Get court marriage In India( if unmarried) and can get everything regularized in here in India. Mind it in INDIA as per law you can only get married once, (as per Hindu marriage act)

If your marriage was in USA ,you have to get marriage cerificate fromUSA.Once she marries an Indian she is eligible to migrate to India.Contact Indian Embassy.She can come on tourist visa to India,get married and obtain Marriage Certficate from ARYASMAJ or register in a Registrars Office.She can apply for immigration to India.In the US passport she should get the Child included or obtain passport for child.

Yeah that's right arrange marriage is EASY in india and in the same cast, I don't know why actually girls and boys don't really love each other they love their assets, this is the fact and that's way they demand for dowry arrange marriage or love marriage , you can't marriage without dowry (if you're a girl) and sometimes I wonder that dowry is only demanded from the boys parents and given by girls parents that's not fair at all and even more they don't hesitate to ask and take dowry they don't care if the girls parents are able or unable one more thing, that girls parents have to pay all the expenses of marriage love is rare

did u marry the lady, if yes, get a marriage certificate from the city where u got married,. such certificate cannot be obtained in India as the marriage took place in us.

Well first of all u might want to put ur name on the birth certificate...
Contact Social Security office here in the US, see what they tell u....living in India for good, I believe u would have to contact ur local offices? (Embassy)
Don't haste on the paper work, it can take forever!
