This question is for both reserve and active. I've heard that it is possible to have an age waiver for up to 35 for reserve, but not for pilots.

Normally the age limit for aviators is 27. I've seen it waivered when there are more vacancies than available applicants that meet the age criteria. The Army has taken helicopter pilots as old as 40 in the past though that was limited to folks with at least 5 years of active duty when they applied for aviation duty.

For the latest information, contact a recruiter. They have up-to-date information and usually get advance information on upcoming changes.
