it looks like a spider bite,
but im not sure.
its red all around the bite, and the bite its self is purple-ish.
I can pop it only a little, and the swelling will go down,
but then it will come back.
and theres a black dot in the middle.
if i look in the bite whole that the puss comes out of, it looks like a black ball.
and its on the top of my left arm,
everytime I put my hand down, to my side..
my hand gets numb and starts to hurt.
I have one on the inside of my right leg too, and my right eye is swelling up, and they both also hurt baaaaaaaaad.
so what should i do and what could this be?

You may have a staph infection. If you do, make sure they test you for the MRSA bacteria. Because if you treat MRSA with the wrong antibiotic, it will probably get worse instead of better.

It is very hard to offer a valid opinion without seeing the "bite".....the fact that this "bite" is red/purple, painful and continues to fill itself with pus after you pop it does point to an infection. Is it warm to touch, is the tissue surrounding the bite hardened? Have you had a fever? There are a myriad of bacteria that inhabit the skin on a daily basis....when bacteria are introduced to an open wound (cut, scratch, abrasion) there is potential for infection in the skin/tissue. Have you been to an MD to have them examined or swabbed for a bacterial culture?? It is worrisome that you now have more than one spot (especially the one on your eye). It is also possible that you have infected yourself in the other 2 sites. If you decide to do nothing the "bites may continue to spread. I wouldn't wait on it

You could have been bitten by a brown recluse...in which case, you need to seek medical treatment IMMEDIATELY. Regardless of the bite, you need to get on some antibiotics. I'd either call your GP and talk to the on-call physician, or head to the emergency room. Random poisons and/or toxins floating around in your body is NOT something you want to mess around with.

Go to the ER NOW!!! Facial swelling from a bite not on the face is a sign of an allergic reaction.

this is probable slightly late. the position the bit is and in case you may stick with a rigidity bandage and rap it round to save you flesh lifelike tight and attempt no longer to flow your arm and then search for medical help. perchance some panadole yet no longer aspirin because the latter will skinny your blood. you may also attempt an ice %. if that could help sooth the discomfort to boot. in case you flow your arm too a lot you in basic terms spreed the venom interior your body. I wish you nicely Carol.

Go to the doctor. You might have a staph infection, and it may need antibiotics. See a doctor as soon as possible.

I would go to a doctor. If its red all around the bite, it may be infected.
