Uh. That's easy. When you're MARRIED. Even if you use a condom it can always break or slip off during sex. It's not how old you are to have sex. It's how mature you are. If you have sex when your not married, you're risking your future when you have sex when your not married. Besides the father MIGHT bail out if you get pregnant at a young age. Plus, STD's at a young age isn't fun either.

There is no correct age... as long as the two of you have discussed it and are willing to accept any consequences that may result you are ready. (Also along as you are not 14 and the other is 29 let's keep it legal)
If you are ready to have sex...you should take the simple steps to protect yourself from std's and unwanted pregnancy.
If you don't want to get pregnant you should really consider going on the birth control pill... you can get them from planned parent hood and you don't need your parents permission.
Good luck and I hope this helps you

I personally believe that Marriage is the only time that sex is to be had. Statistics show that people who have pre-marital sex have a higher chance of depression, AIDS, genital herpes, abusive relationships, divorce rates and miscarriages. Overall, those that wait are happier, more productive, and more beneficial to society. Questions to ask yourselves:
First, do I want this out of LUST or LOVE?
Second, am I prepared to take the consequences if something goes wrong?
Third, would I be willing to describe what happened to my spouse?
Fourth, does my partner want this for me, or for him/her?
Fifth, if all else fails, will we still be friends?
Sixth, does this go against any morals that I have been taught and feel are good?
and Seventh, if we start having sex regularly can we stop?
Be open and honest with yourself in all of these questions, and if you still feel okay, then go ahead.
If not, there is something to look forward to.

There is no age, you must reach a level of maturity and responsibility within yourself. Just by looking at your question yo, you have not come close to reaching your level. No, seriously though, sex is a lifetime commitment anything can happen and everything will change in your life. You should be totally in love with the person and they should give you the same love and respect. Its so funny that when I was a teenager I was ready like Freddy and my mom told me that I would know when the time was right and when the time was not so right. She told me not to compromise myself for any man. You will know that's the best I can say.

Like 100 years old! Just kidding , you should at least be over 18 there are a number of reasons why and I would not have enough space to tell it to you. Live your life doing several things enjoy life ,you are young sex will always be there wait until the right time. Sometimes when you are young you think you have to have sex just because and that is not the case. Good Luck

teens now a days don't look at sex as seriously at it should be. I'm not religious and I'm not saying that I'm a virgin. but sex is something that should be happening if you are ready to take on the responsibilities of adult hood.
