Actually Yes I AM. i love to study about the Judaen way of life and the celebrations and the Feasts. It is only through the eyes of the Old Testament that we can understand the New. Not the other way around as so many have tried and failed to do. i have a link with First Fruits of zion which is a Judean Believer Group that has wonderful insite into The Torah and what it means for us as Believers. Good Stuff!

God Bless

I'm very interested in it!! Jesus was Jewish, not Christian! So, I'd love to know more about what he believed. I think the Bible tells a nice story, from stories passed down over the years. And, these stories have been edited over the years, by many church organizations (Catholics & Baptists), so we don't really know what the original testaments said. No one really knows....that's the intrigue about religion in general. Everyone knows what they know because they were born into their religion or converted. But all we really know is what others have told us. The more you learn about other religions, I believe the more reality we come to know.

Absolutely. Jesus was a Jew, and Christianity was originally considered a sect of Judaism. In order to fully appreciate the sacrifice of Christ you must have an appreciation for Jewish customs and rituals

curiously, once I first began exploring Judaism I asked this same question. the respond commonly relies upon on who you ask. Many Messianic Jews (Jews who left Judaism) and Christians could argue that what they practice is a variety of Judaism, yet to Jews who have not got faith in Jesus, Messianic Judaism isn't a branch of Judaism. besides, if conversion is what you're in seek of, please recognize which you would be able to no longer honestly convert to "Messianic Judaism." you may worship with Messianic Jews as a Christian, yet you may no longer develop right into a Jew. Messianic Jewish congregations evaluate it pointless to do conversions by means of fact, in the top, you all have faith in an identical ingredient - so there is no ought to transform into something you have already got faith in. they could worship in tactics no longer discovered in the church and declare to be keeping Torah no longer only like the church, however the so-referred to as Jewish seeming practices have a metamorphosis wherein skill to mirror a concentration on Jesus. i've got common some to maintain kosher etc, yet in serving Jesus, they nevertheless serve a god that may not the God of Israel. i visit declare that i latterly observed a so-referred to as Messianic Jewish congregation merchandising that they are going to do conversions, yet maximum congregations honestly won't do conversions. despite in case you probably did convert, in keeping with my expertise, you does no longer be considered Jewish by using non-Messianic Jews and you does no longer be considered a Jew for applications of aliyah. So, base line, considering the fact which you may no longer truly convert to Messianic Judaism, the only decision to be made right it incredibly is despite in case you elect to worship with a gaggle of Christians and Jews who left Judaism to handle ideals that go against the Torah. once you're bent on transforming into Jewish, you may ought to flow away Jesus at the back of. that's as much as you. i in my opinion opted to flow away Jesus and all of Christianity at the back of to connect the Jewish human beings.

Christians do not reject any of the Jewish prophets or writings. Rather, they embrace them as the foundation of their saving faith through Christ.
