Im looking for a preferably free site that will give me states of tax deliquent properties and when they come up for auction. Thank you for your time.

You have to get that directly from the local tax authorities. Any consolidated listing won't be free. And frankly I wouldn't trust the accuracy and currency of most of the paid sites.

Note: The site listed by the other poster is NOT a free site! It links to a pay site that will cost you $9.95 per WEEK to sign up for the service. (They claim to offer a 7 day free trial but you have to put in a credit card number to get your free access. I have not tested their cancellation policy and have no desire to do so but many sites with such freebies make it very hard to find the cancellation link in time to stop your credit card from being charged.)

My website www.LowTaxRate.com explains property tax process and has links to tax sale properties. I would also see if your local government website has a link.
