First off Daimler aka Mercedez no longer owns Chrysler. They are now privately owned by a company called Cerberus.
Second, they are made all over the country with parts coming from all over the country. Grand Cherokees are made in Detroit Michigan.

Actually the plant in Kenosha is only an engine plant. They don't actually make Jeeps there. Just engines.
