Is it Hebrew? I think hebrew is an ancient tribe..pls help me in this, my bro is doing research in school..tnx

I know for sure that in 1948 ,the year Israel was established, Hebrew , Arabic & English were declared official languages for Israel,they are used in all official transactions ,on bank notes....etc

Yes, it is Hebrew. Also, Arabic is also official due to the Arab minority population.

The Hebrews, aka the Israelites, is a reference to the tribe (actually tribes). One of the tribes was Judah to which the word Jew and Jews comes from.
