A good, creamy bleu cheese for salad intended as a meal.
For spring greens and light course salads, raspberry orange vinegarette.
For hearty late fall greens, I like green goddess.
Fruit salads are dandy with either lemon soy or a lovely light sour cream dressing.

Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, but I will only eat a salad if it's just made with iceberg lettuce, carrots, and cheese, and sometimes cucumbers.

I am kind of partial to Sweet Vidalia Onion and Roka Bleu Cheese...but an occasional Italian or Western is good too.

My homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The touch of honey really balances it out.
