I think this is possible for both men and women....
But what's important is... is he/she committing to both at the same time??
if he/she is of good morale, he/she will choose... because he/she maybe in love with two person but he/she has a different level of love for both... he/she will chose the one who has a more intense level...

Hope not...well I think there's always that one person that is more important than the other. Like if those two people were to drown, he would save the person he loves more first.
