how do you check if someone uses your credit card and orders something online? do you have to go online and check?

If it is recent call the number on the back of the card and ask for your most recent transactions.

You need to check your monthly statement that either gets mailed to you, or your credit card's website that tracks your purchases.

You can call the bank and ask about recent transactions.
