if a 15 year old gets charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon and it really wasnt a bad assult [[it was just a threat]] and the victim wants him to come out before she has her baby[[hes gonna be a dad]]. and the victim tells the police that it was a misunderstanding and she wants him to come back home, how long will he get and what would happen to him [[here in texas]]?

I feel very sad for the 15 year old Dad who is too young to emotionally handle the job.
I feel sorry for the girl who is pregnant who is setting herself up for a lifetime of abuse and poverty.
I also feel sorry for the baby who is going to grow up without good parents as role models...unless DSS views mommy's taking daddy's side in such a serious charge as a danger to baby in which case DSS steps in and takes baby and places baby in a safe and nurturing environment with a couple who are longing for and prepared to start/complete their family.
No matter what, everyone has my prayers in this case because only the Blood of Jesus can change this situation into one of hope.
