we kind of had an awkward weekend after not seeing each other for a month. 3 days after she broke up with me, she moved up here to the same town. I still REALLY like her and she says she has feelings for me, but doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. We have been hanging out lately and she's been texting another guy (who in a 2 year relationship), but she says they are just friends even though they exchange a lot of texts.
I don't know what to do...

Dump her. She doesn't know what she wants and you don't want her back when this doesn't work out with the other guy. She is selfish and immature. Go find another girlfriend that will be good for you. She isn't.

Just chill, and take it easy, whatever comes. She probably is just friends with the other guy. If you push, it will definitely drive her away - she is confused and going through a lot of changes.
