From what countries do you have to have immigration papers?

Mexicans have to have papers to be in this country no matter what, what do you think about that?

Rich countries require immigration papers from citizens of poor countries.

Since people from all countries who wish to immigrate to the U.S. must be admitted legally, unless they are coming under political amnesty, I don't think it is unfair for them to follow the law & have immigration papers, just like everyone else.
