Next time this happens, make sure your with someone and turn around and ask him if he needs help. Be sure of yourself and let him know you know hes doing this. If you approach him, it will probably shock him into the next world, never to bother you again.... Or get behind him and do him the same...One good turn deserves another(hehe)
