Depends why she's mad about it. Does she not trust you, is she upset about you gambling/wasting money? Talk to her about it honestly and calmly, addressing the issue that's upsetting her.

You say, "I am going to Vegas with my friends (insert friends name here), I should be back on (Insert date plus or minus 2 days). I hope to see you as soon as I get back so I can tell you all about it. It's so nice to be able to get together with the boys again, we should have a great time.". Give her a kiss and a hug full of warmth and positive energy, before you leave and be out! Remember to bring her something back, and definately not the clap or worse. Remember, not everything that happens in Vegas, STAYS in Vegas. Matter of fact, stick to your plans of drinking and gambling and maybe even take in a couple of shows on the strip. Take plenty of pictures with your buddies to show her what a FUN but RESPONSIBLE time you guys had in Vegas.
Have a great time, and don't lose all your money. The possibility exists that she may throw a tantrum, which wouldn't be good. In which case, it may be illuminating as to the type of woman, with whom you are potentially mating. Again, have a good time, and safe journey.

I can only think of 2 reasons why she would hate it, 1) She doesnt trust you, or 2) She wants to control you/your relationship. It isn't healthy to a relationship for demands that you don't do things with your friends. Assuming you are honest about it and don't do things that would be a relationship breaker for anyone.
Put yourself in her shoes. The trip really isn't that big a deal that it should be a problem. What if you were going away to a football game instead for the same amount of time? Would that be different?
You should go with your friends, and have a great time. If she isn't understanding about it, you have much deeper troubles than a short trip away. Her hating the idea is a symptom, not the problem.

If she hasn't attached or went on any dates both months you adult men were separated and change into going to golf equipment what makes you imagine basically reason this is "Vegas" this is going to be any diverse. She sounds like a reliable lady with a sturdy head on her shoulders, i do not imagine a "social gathering animal" buddy might want to be a lot impression on her with the exception of the particular undeniable actuality that they'll bypass to golf equipment and probable a male strip club. before she is going discover out the position you adult men stand with one yet another.

If all you're going to do in Vegas is drink and gamble, why not take your girlfriend with you?

Tell her you're going to set up a party for her at home. Invite any of your male friends who aren't going with you and tell her to invite all her male friends. Then buy her a couple of kegs. Tell her you trust her even in the face of temptation. If you have no problem leaving her at this all male party, go to vegas without feeling guilty.

Tell her like you told us. And then follow through. Don't let the boys talk you into going to a strip club or playing with a hooker either. It will all get back to her and she will never forgive you. Always put yourself in her place. How would you feel?

Here's hoping your friend doesn't want you to go to steer you
away from trouble-not because she doesn't want you to make
new friends or replace her.
True friends cannot be replaced if it's real and you must let
your friend know that what you have can't be replaced.
You are a big girl and must assume responsibility for your
actions. she can't shield you.
If you try to smother someone-you'll loose them.
Only she can make herself feel confident that your friendship
is real. that she must give herself.
let her know you're friends and that you won't do anything
that she wouldn't do.

You tell her that you respect that she needs her fun time and you need yours. Vegas does not mean an automatic infidelity. If she's going to be so easily set off by things like this, is she really worth keeping?
And why not go to strip clubs if you like them? Women are so uptight about that, its just stupid. Men like looking at naked women...it doesn't mean that they don't like looking at their own women better tho. I'm one of the rare women on earth, if my man wants to go to a club then go and have fun! Its me he comes home to!
