Ask her why? She might be trapped for some reason. The only way to get to know someone is to ask a lot of questions. Not only it shows that you care, it also gives her opportunity to know that you are really interested in her and want to get to know her and listen to her.

she prolly thought it was nice to have a friend there, but the crying part is because she prolly likes you, but cant really do anything cuz of her boyfriend, and she prolly feels super guilty about rejecting you. what you can do is maybe talk to her, and see what is going on, but keep it like friends

i think the thought that she was leading you on, and she may really like you, but she feels obligated to her boyfriend. maybe he beats her or something.
