toward each other on here? I mean I believe in God, but not religion..but that doesn't mean I hate athiests b/c they don't believe in God. I could care less. Believe what you want to believe. Why can't we have intelligent dialogue about things instead of always insulting each other?

Welcome to R&S, where fanatics, religious or otherwise, duke it out on the Internet! It's like Jerry Springer or Maury or some other drama-talkshow host, mixed with a trivia gameshow. Awesome, huh?
Yeah, about 90% of the time, you get flamed, persecuted, told you'll go to hell or whatever, for being atheist, Christian, Muslim... It's pretty funny to watch people argue after you sit in this cesspool of religion(or therelackof) for a while.
By the way, note to Deletion Man down below by like, 3 answers, just because atheists/agnostics don't believe in a god doesn't mean they don't have morals.

Not everyone is. For the most part, I really see very few hostile people here. You know what they say, It's the one that sticks out that you remember.

People in R&S are used to it after a while... Christians come in here seeking advice.... they receive snotty comments from people who don't like Christians the Christians say something back the non-Christian return.... ergo an endless cycle...
ps it's not just Christians though.... the atheist mafia tends to down on everyone's religion or beliefs...

I think that if you feel that people are actually being hostile, then maybe its getting to you too much. Go find a section like mythology and folklore, its not too far from this one, and less arguing.
