Well, I'm sure you know exactly why you're upset, but take another look at the situation and honestly decide if there's anything positive to gain from this experience even though you didn't like the outcome. Sometimes we experience our greatest growth from difficult situations we have to adapt to and overcome. That's a positive result from a negative episode. Then, assess whether or not you could have affected the outcome any better (or more to your advantage)...another learning experience, hence another positive. Then realize that no matter how devastating whatever happened was, you now have an experience-base for coping with this type of situation, so it will never affect you this powerfully again. You now have tools that you didn't have yesterday. Yet another positive. With all of these positives at your disposal, that has to make you feel somewhat better. Good luck to you.

So was I...until I started to help people with there own problems. It helps get your mind off of your own woes and you realize your situation isn't all that bad. You'll stop feeling bad or sorry for yourself.
Also, try:
1.) Hot bubble bath while drinking your fave mix drink. This will help you relax and mellow out.
2.) Dive into a box of your fave chocolates or indulge in your fave Starbucks drink, the point is to stimulate your endorphins, it will give you a sense of euphoria, happiness.
3.) Call a trusted friend and tell u need to unload...
4.) Pray to God whole-heartedly
5.) Work out vigorously to your fave tunes
6.) Watch a comedy/movie that usually has u rolling over laughing.
7.) Hold a baby or your baby in your arms, it will take all your worries away.

Think of the stuff that you have in life to be thankful for. Think of stuff that takes your mind away from negative things. Read a book, watch a funny movie. Talk to a friend you haven't in a long time. Try something new, research something interesting. There are many things you can do to make you happy. Life is too short for you not to be happy.

What are you so upset for? Something did'nt go your way. Some boy said he did'nt want to date you? Or are you just frustrated? Whatever it is think about it like this. Your issue is nothing compared to what someone else might be going through. Someone might have a greater issue than you, vice verse, or it might be somewhere in the middle. It's okay. You will get through it. Love your Creator, yourself, and others. It's all good in the end.

I do not know if my suggestions would help or not but watch a good movie that you like or that you want to watch. If you can not stay in one place too long go to the park and go on the swing. I like to close my eyes while I go up into the air as if I was flying and it really feel like it too. I will always be happy to give you messages but I am busy all week. My teacher gave us projects everyday. It is due on Tuesday. Hope you become happier Naila, in the meantime write more please. You and the Dark Prince really inspired me to write poems on Yahoo.

Just find something to do that you enjoy doing. Painting, drawing, playing with play dough, listening to music and singing and/or dancing obnoxoiusly, reading, exercising, or even just take a nap to get away from it all!
Doing something POSITIVE (in which you can't harm yourself or others) helps you deal with what ever it is that is going on. It gives you time to clear your mind and then revisit the situation with a more rational mind in hand.
Talking to someone or atleast writing it down helps too.

Listen to music on how you feel. Music can make you feel better if you can relate to it.
Think about it with what happened and think how it can become better. Tomorrow is always a new day.
And realize each day is a gift and try your best to appreciate each day which can help you forget about bad comments etc.
If it's really bugging you, talk to someone about it ;)

The fact of just knowing it will not be repeated again should bring some comfort.
You experienced it, did not like it, now let it go. If there was nothing for you to learn from it, move into the now moment.
