If it's cloudy and has any kind of unusual odor to it, it's possible you may have a UTI (Urinary tract infection) and should see your doctor. Don't worry UTI's are common and if you do have a UTI the doctor will put you on an Antibiotic for a week or two to clear it up.

Urine is normally clear. Bacteria, blood, sperm, crystals, or mucus can make urine look cloudy.
Go to the doctor and have them do a urinalysis.

If you have had any kind of sexual stimulation its probably sperm. Also if you haven't had "any" sexual stimulation for a long time the body will automatically eject old semen when you pee. So that could be it too.
