If human beings suffer because of free will then what about dieseases, accidents, etc? Where s the choice in these matters?

Maybe we are judged by the way we react to them?
Some people use those things to quit trying. Others to do better next time. Maybe those are the chooses.

What's to reconcile? There are accidents (something like a car accident could be avoided), there are diseases. That is either the natural course of what humans have created, or the natural course of...nature. We have free will in how we react and respond to these situations--that, I believe, is the point.
