Well He is, and I'm already in the process of doing what needs to be done and that is to tell folks, such as you, that Jesus loves you and that you never know when that time is when God is going to put an end to sin once and for all. NOW is the time to ask Jesus into your heart, to forgive your sins and to give you eternal life.

No different than they are now. Although maybe I'd look into moving into an empty church. They always seemed like they'd be cool homes.
